March 30th to April 5th is Autism Awareness Week in the UK, and the USA runs Autism Awareness for the entire month of April. With the current crisis and disruption to routines of education and daily life impacting on children and families needing support we thought we would provide a few links to help. 🤗🐣🐥😊
The National Autistic Society NI has information on resources and local help for Northern Ireland families. They also have a section on their website dedicated to help and advice during the Coronavirus.
Apple’s website is featuring Apps to assist with the different facets of the autistic spectrum. Some of these are in line with American education but still a worthwhile resource and a search in the UK AppStore for autism will bring a few more choices closer to home.
