Summer Play Scheme 2017

Summer is almost here and the long holiday needs plenty of activities to keep little ones engaged. For 2017 we are running a summer play scheme over three weeks, July 24th to August 11th, 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday for pre-school children aged 3 and up, we can’t have the older kids having all the fun! Based in Greyabbey Village Hall as usual, each daily session costs £10 and there will be arts and crafts, games, sports, stories and more, hopefully with plenty of fun outdoors in the sunshine.

The registration form for the scheme is available below to download and print as required, you can fill in the WORD version and email it back to us at info@chirpychicksplaygroup.com, or we can post a hard copy out to you if required. The form let’s us agree which days your child will be attending, contact details for parents, a few of the children’s likes and dislikes, and any health issues we may need to be aware of. It also contains permission forms and associated policies to make sure your child is safe and cared for. If your little one is new to activities like this parents and carers are welcome to stay and play to help the children feel confident to go adventuring with new friends.

Payment for the scheme is to be made on or before the child’s first day coming to play, and can be done using the form below with a credit or debit card, simply fill in the amount you need to pay along with some other details (pop your postcode in where it says ‘zip’ American technology unfortunately). You can also pay by cheque (made out to Chirpy Chicks Playgroup Ltd) posted along with your registration form or by cash left into a staff member at Playgroup upon arrival.

Places are limited so booking now is essential to secure a place, registration will close once places are filled, and we’ll post updates of available days if we start running out of space. We’re looking forward to making lots of new friends, so don’t delay, come and join the Chirpy Chicks today!
