The Chirpy Chicks Team had great fun at our 2016 Open Day and many thanks to all the children, Mums and Dads, Grannies and Grandas, Aunts and Uncles who joined us for the big day. A special thank you to Eden and Elizabeth Bailey for helping our celebrity guests get around and meet everybody as well. Do check out our Facebook Page for some great pictures from the event.
Chirpy Chicks is celebrating our 30th year of giving children a head start into education, and we were so pleased to be joined on Open Day by Mrs Stewart who started the playgroup and gave us our name, and Mrs Adair who has welcomed so many of our pre-school children into her P1 class in Greyabbey Primary.
The whole Team have put a lot of effort in over the summer to revamp the playgroup with our new look, new logo, website, and we’re just getting started. We’ve more plans for the year ahead and hope parents and friends of playgroup will help us with their ideas and enthusiasm as part of ‘The Hatchery’ a special project coming soon.
Thanks again for a great day, more fun to come and look forward to seeing our Preschoolers on September 1st, and Pre-Preschoolers on September 19th. Enrolment is open all year round so please get in touch to come play with The Chirpy Chicks.
