Families First NI Summer Awards 2018 – Winner of the Best Playgroup for the Health and Well-being of Children!

… Jill and Fiona joined over 500 other nominees from schools, playgroups and nurseries, along with inspirational Mums, Dads and carers at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast on Saturday night after Chirpy’s was kindly nominated for our first ever award as one of Northern Ireland’s outstanding playgroups.
After a visit from Families First Ambassador Tessa to get to know the work that we do, an independent panel of judges made their decision after also receiving comments from our awesome Chirpy’s families, and here we are with our first ever award, and what a one to start with! 
We’ve strived to put in place something special at Chirpy Chicks, an ethos of supporting the whole family, and putting together a great team of dedicated staff to achieve our mission of empowering your children to take on the world with curiosity, confidence and positivity. To be recognised as one of the best places to make children thrive is overwhelming.
It’s so rewarding to know that we’re on the right track and the support from our extended Chirpy’s family in winning this award is priceless. A huge thank you to everyone who helped us achieve this, and especially to our brilliant team of Fiona, Wilma, Karen, and Ellen for the amazing work they do. 
We can’t thank you all enough, hugs for everyone …. and we’re only getting started.
