As you have most likely seen on today’s news the Stormont government has decided to implement a ‘Circuit Breaker’ a closure of schools, and pre-schools, across the province along with tighter restrictions on hospitality services to try to control an upsurge in coronavirus cases. We know this more than inconvenient for everyone but with intensive care units reaching capacity and the NHS coming under serious pressure for now this is the only option it seems.

Chirpys like schools all across Northern Ireland is therefore forced to close for an extended Halloween 🎃 break for an extra week starting Monday 19th October, with all being well a return to fun on Monday November 2nd.

Our thanks to all our Chirpy’s families for helping keep our little bubble of Chirpy Chicks 🐥 and Happy Hatchlings 🐣 safe and well from the beginning of term, and we’ll all be keeping up that effort when we reopen again.

We’ll bring forward our spooky 👻 party time to this Friday so the kids head off on their break on a high, and we’ll keep in touch with any developments as soon as we hear anything 🤗🐣🐥😊.
