It’s been another outdoor adventure week at Chirpys with the focus on sports as we got ready for sport’s day with Greyabbey Primary School. There was plenty of practicing of egg 🥚and spoon 🥄racing and sprints 🏃♀️🏃♂️, mostly in the right direction ↔️😁. We were also doing some tree climbing 🌲, frisbee antics 🥏, golf ⛳️, tennis 🎾, hide and seek in the long grass 🌾 and we started learning about archery for a tournament in a few weeks time 🏹🎯.
Sport’s Day was another brilliant day as it always is. We had great fun in the sun running and being cheered on by the bigger boys and girls. A huge thank you to Mr Derrick and Mrs Montgomery for the invitation to spend the morning with them in the lovely Rosemount Estate🌲🌳, and somehow for the 5th year running they brought the sunshine with them ☀️. Well done to everyone competing and look forward to doing it again next year! 🙌🏅😊.
